Your orders will be sent out via YuanTong if we do not receive a special request from you
We can also arrange different carriers if you request us to do so, but please be noted that additional cost might be charged
A signature may be required on receipt. 
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, please contact the carrier with your tracking number which will be sent to you via email.
Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept return of an unworn item within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) of purchase. Items should be in the original condition, including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it registered post.

HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:

Please write us an email indicating your Name, Email , member's ID ( if you are a member) , order number and the reason of return.  If we do not receive an email from you , we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges.

Please note that if you received free shipping (for orders over 500RMB) and the refund brings you under  the 'free shipping cap' we will deduct our shipping costs off your refund. Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

EXCHANGES:

We only offer exchange for the same style in different size or color and please note that you are responsible for the exchange postage ( even if you received free shipping on your first order) unless there is a manufacturing fault

That is why our product measurement chart is extremely important, please carefully read and measure or contact us to judge if the product(s) suits.  This will save unnecessary return/exchange postage for you

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.

In order to contract with Utopic you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Utopic retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Utopic or may in some cases be a third party. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. 

Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Utopic shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.
